- I forgot my CARDINAL
Plus card, what should I do?
- You can proceed at the Security Office for
assessment.
- I swipe my card
in the reader and my identification did not
appear on the monitor, what should I do?
- Unfortunately, your card may be damaged or
not working properly. In such cases, please
visit the Development Office for Information
Technology (DO-IT) to verify the status of your
card.
- Do I still have
to identify myself using my CARDINAL Plus if
I park my car inside the campus? What about
my passengers?
- Yes. Students who park their car inside the
institute are still required to log in and out,
at the CARDINAL Plus Identification kiosk, right
after parking and before leaving the institute
respectively.
- Other passengers inside the vehicle, if there
are any, are also required to log.
- Do I need to logout
every time I leave the campus?
- Yes. For security purposes, logging out of
the campus thru your CARDINAL Plus card is a
must.
- I lost/damaged
my card, I already paid for the new one, where
should I get my card?
- You can get your CARDINAL Plus card at the
Security Office, two (2) working days after
you avail for a new one. While waiting for your
card, just present your temporary ID, issued
by the Security Office, to the personnel in-charge
upon entering the campus.
- I forgot my CARDINAL
Plus PIN code, what should I do?
- In this case, please visit the Development
Office for Information Technology (DO-IT) to
assess your inquiry.
